Ms. Meredith has over 15 years of experience performing editing and technical writing services and overseeing PAI’s editing and technical writing department.  Her experience includes drafting, formatting, and editing rulemaking documents, procedures manuals, evaluation reports, study reports and recommendations, rulemaking committee and task force reports, proposals, and marketing and presentation materials.  She routinely uses the United States Government Printing Office Style Manual; Federal Register Document Drafting Handbook; FAA Plain English Guide; FAA Performance‑Based Regulations Guide; FAA Order 1320.1, FAA Directives Management; FAA Order 1320.46, Advisory Circular System; client editorial styles; and in-house styles.  She also has the training and experience to comply with the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Ms. Meredith has supported numerous federal agencies, including the FAA, DOT, TSA, USDA, and DHHS, by editing and formatting regulatory and advisory documents.  She designed and edited all brochures, programs, letterhead, badges, and tickets for an international symposium hosted by the FAA, and similar materials for two FAA public meetings.  She also managed the editing, formatting, and production of two complete sets of maintenance and operations manuals for two start-up air carriers.  In addition, Ms. Meredith formatted and edited a Web-based indoctrination course for a division of the FAA Aircraft Certification Service.  Ms. Meredith also has edited and formatted corporate flight department manuals, and repair station, quality control, and training program manuals for a repair station. 

As Chief Executive Officer of PAI, Ms. Meredith participates heavily in the overall management of PAI’s government and industry projects.  She oversees several contracts, including PAI’s contract supporting ASIAS, a document support contract with the FAA Aircraft Certification Service, and a contract providing CASS training.  In addition, she continues to oversee all editing and document production tasks.  Ms. Meredith also manages the MEL department at PAI, which involves the creation and maintenance of MELs for Part 91 and Part 135 operators such as Kraft Foods Global, Berwind, and Xerox.
