Mr. McMahon has 30 years of accounting experience with the last 18 years working for Government contractors as the Controller and Chief Financial Officer. His professional skills include development of project cost accounting systems; setup of indirect rates pool; preparation of cost proposals, incurred cost submissions, and annual budgets; and project cost estimates. In addition, he is skilled at developing financial controls, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability. Mr. McMahon has also managed benefits including 401k Plans, Employee Stock Ownership Plans, and compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
Mr. McMahon has worked with auditors from the Inspector General’s Office of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Defense Contract Audit Agency to successfully complete 16 years of incurred cost submission audits. He successfully implemented the DELTEK project accounting software at E.H. Pechan & Associates, Inc. and Avanti Corporation.
