PAI Consulting’s Cancellation/Refund Policy

PAI Consulting reserves the right to cancel a class if the number of registrants is insufficient.  In this event, we will notify all registrants and refund the registration in full.  Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and may incur processing fees.  Registrants may reschedule, and substitutions will be accepted at no penalty.
