Mr. Wilky has over 5 years of experience in the aviation industry, beginning with obtaining his private pilot certificate in 2005.  After earning his commercial pilot and flight instructor privileges, Mr. Wilky furthered his education with the addition of an Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate.

Mr. Wilky served as a flight instructor for 2 years while simultaneously assisting in the development of original flight training materials.  He completed an internship in the Aviation Services division of Merck & Co., Inc., as the project development lead on a corporate aircraft safety course.  At ARINC, Inc., Mr. Wilky assisted corporate aviation customers with domestic and international flight planning, weather analysis, avionics technical support, and flight-following services.

Mr. Wilky developed a multimedia training course for Dassault Falcon 900EX passengers, focused on safety procedures during normal and emergency operations.  He researched and developed company policy for hazardous materials carriage and assisted in the definition of company policies for a Corporate Flight Operations Quality Assurance program.  Mr. Wilky also compiled and analyzed data to create a protocol for flightcrews when undergoing Safety Assessment of Foreign Aircraft checks in Europe.

As an aviation analyst for PAI, Mr. Wilky supports projects conducted by the FAA Aviation Safety Analysis Information and Sharing program, as well as other aviation-related research projects.  He also assists with technical and regulatory writing projects.
