Ms. Devgan has over 14 years of experience in the aviation industry as a Part 91 corporate pilot, Part 141 flight instructor, and Part 61 flight instructor.  She has flown many aircraft, from the non‑electric Piper Cub to the King Air 200.  With her experiences as a pilot and flight instructor, Ms. Devgan understands the complexities of the aviation environment.  As a flight instructor,
Ms. Devgan continuously evaluated student proficiency and operational risk to maximize the value of each training opportunity.

Ms. Devgan also has 10 years of experience with data organization and analysis.  She worked with FedEx Express, internally evaluating the U.S. Customs documentation process to assess regulatory compliance and resulting audit risk.  She also interned at Northwest Airlines, assisting in human factors analysis and line-oriented flight training.

As Director of FAA ASIAS Support at PAI, Ms. Devgan uses her management and aviation experience to supervise staff involved in the FAA’s Aviation Safety Information Analysis and Sharing (ASIAS) program.  She also supports several FAA rulemaking projects, aviation rulemaking committees, and safety study teams.  In addition, Ms. Devgan supports the
ADS–B ARC, CAST, and JIMDAT by attending meetings, mapping brainstorming exercises,
writing meeting summaries, organizing historical files, and managing the SharePoint Web site.
