Mr. Estes has over 9 years of editorial and publishing experience.  He has edited documents in a number of different formats, including scientific reports, aircraft technical manuals, and Web pages.

Mr. Estes has worked on projects for the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI).  He provided editorial support to a grants office of the DOI.  Mr. Estes edited scientific reports, summaries, and abstracts, and published those reports on a Web page for the DOI.  He also edited technical manuals for the USAF.

Mr. Estes edits and formats a variety of documents, including guidelines, handbooks, records of meetings, reference manuals, reports, standards, presentations, and Web pages.  He ensures documents comply with the appropriate style standards, including the U.S. Government Printing Office Style Manual, Federal Register Document Drafting Handbook, and PAI in‑house style.

Mr. Estes is proficient in several word‑processing, presentation, and document management system applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
