Mr. Berkey is a management consultant with 29 years of experience assisting top- and senior-level executives in private and public sector organizations solve difficult managerial problems in  the following areas:  environment, safety, health, quality assurance, transportation, fiscal and organizational management, cost discipline, process improvement, and strategic planning. 

Mr. Berkey’s economic and management consulting background is diverse, bringing a multidisciplined and often creative approach to conceptualizing, analyzing, and solving problems in a wide variety of technical areas.  Government clients include the Federal Aviation Administration, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Transportation Security Administration, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, and the Departments of Energy, Labor, and Transportation. 

Mr. Berkey’s commercial clients include the Electric Power Research Institute, the Institute for Nuclear Power Operations, Texaco, Alcoa, Employment Policy Foundation, Hughes Network Systems (a subsidiary of Hughes Aircraft), and numerous other technical and management consulting organizations serving private industry and federal government organizations.
